The Web Services administration tool is currently unavailable. Please email all change requests to Rates and What’s New information updates must be submitted through this method. We will continue to complete within the regular 24 - 48 business hour turnaround time. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

NOTE: while changes can be submitted by any individual with the financial institution, we recommend emails come from the primary contact currently established with the Web Services team. Otherwise, if the submission is not from the Primary Contact, we will require permission to work with this individual to make any updates.

Once the request has been received, we will notify the authorized contact when the changes are available to preview on your preview site. Changes will need an approval by response through email before they can be made live. If changes are textual, link, Rates, or What’s New updates, they will be completed and reflect on your live site without an approval required.
